Here are 3 key things to consider when specifying the colour of a Stair Edging insert. 

1. Visual & Tonal Contrast (LRV)

It's important to consider areas of low lighting in a building, and particularly on stairs, to keep building users safe.

The example shown, taken from inside a hospital waiting room, is relatively common. However, it looks unsightly and will undoubtedly harbour germs in the exposed gaps.
