Reflecting on 2019

Reflecting on 2019

It's been a BIG year for us at Gradus and one in which we’ve accepted some of our greatest challenges yet. Those who know a little of our history though, will also know that we have a track record of stepping up to our challenges and turning them into  stories of success!

We don’t achieve this alone, however - our customers and suppliers have supported us in more ways than we can imagine. We’d like to thank you for that support and we hope you continue to trust us with your business in 2020 and beyond.

What are these challenges?

Climate Change. Global Warming. Whatever the media have us call it. We’re acutely aware and it’s forming a key part of our corporate make-up. We are working incredibly hard to improve and are making positive changes in the way we think, act and deliver, all of the time.

Many will know of our integration with Gerflor. Having evaluated both of our brand’s strengths and weaknesses and undertaken a significant amount of work to improve both businesses, from our foundations to after sales support, we’re immensely excited to work even closer with a world-leader in sports, safety and LVT flooring. More to come in 2020!

We’ve started a committed journey to our understanding of inclusive design and how to meet the needs of an evolving and growing section of our community.  Some of that work can now be seen (see our inclusion in the first “Products for Dementia” bulletin) but we’ve a lot more to show.

We’re as focussed as ever on our customers and know our markets have had some knocks in 2019. We continue to grow and share our knowledge, deliver quality products and offer services that add value to you and your business.

Here’s to 2020 and conquering BIG challenges!
