GRADUS HELPS COLLEGE KEEP NEW INTERIORS CLEAN

Topguard, the heavy duty primary entrance matting, from Gradus, has been specified for St Pauls Catholic College, as the educational facility acknowledged the need for high performance entrance matting solutions.

St Pauls Catholic College has moved from its old site at Haywards Heath, to a new 31acre site at Burgess Hill, West Sussex. With over 900 students, teachers and support staff, as well as regular visitors, Topguard from Gradus was specified to offer a highly efficient entrance matting system that would effectively protect against the problem of extreme levels of walked in soil, dirt and moisture.

Topguard (18mm), was installed in the main entrance area and four other access areas across the site. The project team selected the matting with single grey wipers and aluminium linking strips to offer an aesthetically pleasing appearance.

After receiving several samples, architects FM Modern Design, specified Topguard from Gradus because it met the heavy duty requirements. Topguard also proved to be extremely cost effective and offered superior life cycle costings.

Topguard is the ideal solution for a project such as St Pauls Catholic College, where the drying and cleaning of incoming foot traffic is essential to prevent interiors from being damaged.
