Esplanade 1000 - 18mm Open Construction - Pvc Scraper Wiper
Click on image to enlargeGradus Esplanade 1000 primary entrance barrier mat is constructed from wipers (nylon or pvc scraper) supported with an aluminium base and PVC-u linking strips.
This option of Esplanade 1000 is 18mm thick and features Black pvc scraper wipers in an open construction.
The open construction incorporates spaces that allow dirt and debris to fall through the mat into the matwell below. The mat can then be lifted intermittently to remove the dirt and debris as well as for deep cleaning the mat itself.
Esplanade 1000 is ideal for use in exterior locations subject to medium foot and wheeled traffic, e.g. high street shops, schools and offices.
It has been tested to withstand a weight of 100kg per wheel (400kg over 4 wheels) to a minimum of 30,000 passes. It has also been tested for flammability (BS EN 13501-1 Class Efl) and slip-resistance (HSL ramp test - low risk of slip)
Esplanade 1000 has a 5 year warranty (subject to terms and conditions) and can be manufactured to most shapes on approval of a template.
