Gradus Esplanade 1000 primary entrance barrier mat is constructed from wipers supported with an aluminium base and PVC-u linking strips.
This option of Gradus Esplanade 1000 is 18mm thick and features pvc scraper wipers in a closed construction.
The closed construction allows dirt to be trapped on the surface of the mat within the scraper elements. Dirt can then be removed by regular cleaning in addition to periodic deep cleaning.
Esplanade 1000 is ideal for use in exterior locations subject to medium foot and wheeled traffic, e.g. high street shops, schools and offices.
It has been tested to withstand a weight of 100kg per wheel (400kg over 4 wheels) to a minimum of 30,000 passes. It has also been tested for flammability (BSEN 13501-1 Class Efl) and slip-resistance (HSL ramp test - low risk of slip),
Esplanade 1000 has a 5 year warranty and can be manufactured to most shapes on approval of a template.
