Gradus CLS20/LBS45 is a two-piece PVC-u flooring profile designed to provide cable management for Gradus LED Step Lighting, or to house Gradus Interlok Advance or Floor Loom lighting systems for walkway and aisle illumination.
All compatable lighting systems listed above are available in a choice of 6 LED colours - Red, Green, Blue, Amber, Warm White & White.
It has a 5mm gauge in order to accommodate thinner gauge carpets, and provides a safe transition between floorcoverings of different heights.
The base is fitted to the floor first to house the cabling, then the top is clipped into place. The top is co-extruded with a clear or smoked window so that light can shine through when used as an illuminated floor system.
When fitted, the compressed thickness of the carpet should always be a tight fit to the internal gauge of the combined top/base profile. The base should always be fitted on top of the vinyl floorcovering.
