Prize Draw & Competition Terms & Conditions
Introduction
Our prize draws and competitions are organised by Gradus Ltd of Park Green, Macclesfield, Cheshire, SK11 7LZ, UK.
By participating in this competition, you are agreeing to these competition terms and conditions. The competition is being run by Gradus.
The competition will run between 20th February 2023 and 30th April 2023.
Eligibility to Enter
The competition is open to entrants over 18 years of age. Gradus employees are excluded from the draw.
By entering the competition, you confirm that you are eligible to do so and that you are eligible to receive any prizes that may be awarded to you.
Winners are advised to check (and is responsible) for any tax implications which may arise as a result of accepting prize(s).
To be deemed as a valid entry, all 3 steps listed below must be achieved:
- A stair edging measure must be booked and undertaken by Gradus – must take place between 20th Feb and 30th April 2023.
- Order placed for any Gradus stair edgings (including curved stair edgings) with your local Gradus Distributor - must take place between 20th Feb and 30th April 2023.
- Order must be either delivered to site or collected from your local distributor - no later than 5th May 2023 (Note – in the event that Gradus is unable to supply until after this date, special dispensation may be considered).
Prize Draws
The main prize draw will take place at the beginning of May 2023 once the promotion has concluded, with 1st, 2nd & 3rd prizes, plus two separate monthly draws taking place during the promotional period.
There is no limit to the number of prize draw entries an individual can receive for, but only 1 entry per site / project will be eligible for a prize draw entry upon meeting the above entry criteria.
In the event that the Red Letter Days vouchers specified below are unavailable, an alternative will be provided. No cash alternative to the vouchers is available and prizes are non-transferable. The use of specific brands as prizes by Gradus Ltd does not imply any affiliation with or endorsement of such brands. We reserve the right to substitute prizes of equal or greater value if circumstances beyond our control require doing so.
One winning ticket will be drawn at random in each prize draw. Gradus's decision on any aspect of the competition is final and binding, and no correspondence will be entered into.
Entry to the prize draw is restricted to UK mainland customers only. Maximum one entry per customer per draw. The prize draw is not open to employees of Gradus or Gerflor distributors or their families or Gerflor and Gradus employees and their families.
Overall prize draw – all valid entries will be entered into the main prize draw taking place at the beginning of May.
- 1st prize = £250 Red Letter Days voucher
- 2nd prize = £100 Red Letter Days voucher
- 3rd prize = £50 Red Letter Days voucher
Monthly prize draws – valid entries will also be entered into a separate monthly prize draw taking place throughout the promotional period. One winner will be drawn at random.
- £50 Red Letter Days voucher – draw to take place at early March 2023.
- £50 Red Letter Days voucher – draw to take place early April 2023.
Winners of the monthly prize draw will still be eligible for main prize draw taking place at the beginning of May 2023. You will only be entered into any monthly prize draws taking place after the date at which you were deemed by Gradus to meet all three elements of the qualifying criteria (1. measure completed by Gradus, 2. order placed for Gradus stair edgings, 3. Order delivered to site or collected from distributor).
Winner Announcements & Delivery of Prizes
Winners will be notified through the contact details they provide as part of their stair edging measure booking by their local Gerflor or Gradus Area Sales Manager. Delivery arrangements of the prize voucher can then be made through mutual agreement between both parties.
In the event that we are unable to contact the winner, another ticket will be drawn. Details of winners can be obtained by contacting Gerflor and/or Gradus.
Winners may be required to participate in promotional activity and will also be announced on Gradus's social media channels.
Free Gradus Snood with valid entries
Each valid entry will be eligible to receive a free snood. Customers are advised to contact their local Gradus Area Sales Manager to claim. One snood per individual entrant.
Data Protection and Publicity
You agree that any personal information that you provide during the stair edging measure booking process can be used by Gradus for the purposes of administering the competition and for the other purposes as specified in our Privacy Policy.
Limitation of Liability
Gradus accepts no liability for any damage, loss, injury, or disappointment suffered by any entrants as a result of participating in the competition or being selected for a prize.
General
Gradus reserves the right, at any time and without prior notice, to cancel the competition or amend these terms and conditions.
