Gradus Carpet At The Heart Of Spire Southampton Hospital

Contract interiors specialist Gradus has installed Cityscene carpet tiles at Spire hospital in Southampton as part of a major refurbishment project.

The private hospital specialises in cardiology, heart disease investigations and heart surgery and recently completed a major refurbishment of its oncology department, where Cityscene carpet tiles in Shale (Grey) were installed. The Cityscene carpet was chosen to complement the contemporary new interior and create a welcoming and comfortable environment for patients and staff.

Cityscene is particularly suitable for busy environments, which require a hardwearing flooring surface that will withstand heavy usage from foot and wheeled traffic, without compromising on aesthetics.

The range features an attractive textured loop pile design and is available in a choice of nine contemporary colours in tile format. The tiles can be installed either quarter turn, broadloom or brick bond providing a high level of style and versatility for a wide range of contract environments including commercial, education, healthcare and retail.
