Gradus Esplanade 6000 primary entrance barrier mat is constructed from wipers which are supported by an aluminium base with pvc bridging strips that provide additional strength and are combined with pvc linking strips (available in Grey or Black).

This option of Esplanade 6000 primary barrier mat is 12mm thick and features an open construction with Black pvc scraper wipers for use in exterior applications.

The open construction incorporates spaces allowing dirt and moisture to fall through in to the matwell below. The mat can be lifted intermittently to remove the debris as well as for deep cleaning the mat itself.

Esplanade 6000 open construction is ideal for use in applications such as large hospitals, schools, offices and department stores and other environments subject to heavy foot and medium wheeled traffic. It has been tested to withstand a weight of 100kg per wheel (400kg over 4 wheels) to a minimum of 30,000 passes.

It has also been tested for flammability (BSEN 13501-1 Class Cfl-s1) and slip-resistance (HSL ramp test - low risk of slip).

Esplanade 6000 can be manufactured to most shapes subject to approval of a template and has a 10 year warranty in mill finish aluminium (subject to terms and conditions).

Esplanade 6000 is available on the Gradus 5 day matting manufacturing service.
