Esplanade 1500 Matting - 12mm Closed Construction with Boulevard 1500 Wiper

Esplanade 1500 primary entrance barrier mat is constructed from wipers which are held in an aluminium base that is supported with pvc bridging strips for additional strength. The base sections are held together with pvc linking strips in either an open, closed or scraper construction.

This option of Gradus Esplanade 1500 features a closed construction with 100% polypropylene wipers for use in interior applications.

The closed construction allows dirt and moisture to be trapped on the surface of the mat. Dirt can then be removed by regular cleaning in addition to periodic deep cleaning. The construction of the fibres within the wipers of the mat allows moisture to evaporate.

The wipers provide an effective surface for the removal of dirt and moisture and are available in four colours from the Boulevard 1500 range of secondary barrier matting.

Esplanade 1500 is ideal for use in interior locations subject to medium foot and wheeled traffic such as high street shops, schools and offices.

It has been tested to withstand a weight of 100kg per wheel (400kg over 4 wheels) to a minimum of 30,000 passes. It has also been tested for flammability (BSEN 13501-1 Class Efl) and slip-resistance (HSL ramp test - low risk of slip).

Esplanade 1500 has a 10 year warranty (subject to terms and conditions) and can be used in conjunction with Boulevard 1500 to provide a fully co-ordinated barrier matting system.

Esplanade 1500 can be manufactured to most shapes on approval of a template.
