AR3 Safety Barrier Rail

Gradus AR3 safety barrier rail is a 3mm thick corrugated steel barrier rail designed to provide protection to buildings, equipment and pedestrians in areas used by vehicles e.g. car parks, delivery areas, service bays etc.
The rail works with the other system components to be constructed to suit the requirements of the application and can be specified in either a single or double configuration.
Available in 2 standard lengths - 1750mm and 3500mm. Custom rails are also available cut to length. 3500mm standard lengths are also available curved from a 6m to a 50m radius. All rails are supplied pre-holed to accommodate accessories and for lap joining.
Where rails are being joined together in longer runs 4 lap joint fixings are required per rail.
The corrugated steel rails are hot dip galvanised to BSEN ISO 1461.
A fork stopper containment angle (code: ACA-3000G) is available as an optional extra where the rail is mounted at low level to the floor. The angle sits below the low level rail for a flush finish to the floor and is designed to prevent the penetration of forks from pallet trucks and forklifts. The angle is 50mm x 50mm x 3500mm and requires 4 fixings (FXG-B12-100G) per length.
