Tyreguard Plain Matting - 12mm Closed Construction - Double Wiper

Gradus Tyreguard Plain primary entrance barrier mat is constructed from plain rubber wipers and aluminium linking strips, held together with galvanised steel wires. The Plain wipers offer a scraper action only and have been designed for use in exterior applications.

This option of Tyreguard Plain is 12mm thick and features double wipers in a closed construction.

The closed construction allows dirt to be trapped on the surface of the mat within the scraper elements. Dirt can then be removed by regular cleaning in addition to periodic deep cleaning.

When installed as a true rectangle or square, Tyreguard Plain can be reversed to extend the life of the product.

Tyreguard Plain is ideal for use in exterior applications subject to heavy foot and wheeled traffic such as airports, railway stations, supermarkets and sports stadiums.

It has been tested to withstand a weight of 150kg per wheel (600kg over 4 wheels) to a minimum of 30,000 passes. It has also been tested for slip-resistance (HSL ramp test - low risk of slip).

Tyreguard Plain has a 10 year warranty (subject to terms and conditions) and can be manufactured to most shapes subject to approval of a template.
