Esplanade 5000 Matting - 18mm Closed Construction with pvc Scraper Wipers

Gradus Esplanade 5000 primary entrance barrier mat is constructed from wipers which are supported by an aluminium base with pvc bridging strips that provide additional strength and are combined with pvc linking strips (available in Grey or Black).

This option of Esplanade 5000 primary barrier mat is 18mm thick and features a closed construction with pvc scraper wipers for use in exterior applications.

The closed construction allows dirt and moisture to remain on the surface of the mat. This can be removed by regular cleaning in addition to periodic deep cleaning of the mat itself.

Esplanade 5000 closed construction is ideal for use in large hospitals, schools, offices and department stores. It is suitable for heavy foot and wheeled traffic and is tested to withstand a weight of 150kg per wheel (600kg over 4 wheels) to a minimum of 30,000 passes. 

Esplanade 5000 has also been tested for flammability (BSEN 13501-1 Class Cfl-s1) and slip-resistance (HSL ramp test - low risk of slip).

Esplanade 5000 can be manufactured to most shapes subject to approval of a template and has a 10 year warranty in mill finish aluminium (manufacturing & material defects - subject to terms and conditions).
